Job responsibilities require strong interpersonal and organizational skills, knowledge of clinic operations, and provision of general clinic support through the use of technology and interprofessional collaboration.Facilitates communication among providers, clinical and access team members, and other support services following established processes.Performs various clerical duties to support clinic operations for continuity and efficiency of service including process and documentation of patient paperwork.Maintains clinic supplies and handles purchasing and maintenance transactions.Assumes responsibility for professional development of self and contributes to and assists with the professional development of others.In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.Position Compensation Range: $16.64 - $25.79 HourlyMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: High School Graduate or Equivalent. The Ambulatory Clinic Administrative Coordinator performs a variety of administrative support functions for one or more ambulatory clinics to facilitate operational efficiency. Schedules and coordinates appointments with the correct provider using all appropriate information.Demonstrates expected behaviors applicable to the Health System scheduling and registration system and unit policies procedures and guidelines.Performs verification functions.Performs visit document activities accurately and timely.Demonstrates engagement in the work team and goals of the unit.In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.Position Compensation Range: $15.68 - $24.30 HourlyMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: High School Graduate or Equivalent.Experience: No experience required.Licensure: None required.PHYSICAL DEMANDSJob requires sitting for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping, reaching (overhead, extensive, repetitive) and repetitive motion: computer keyboard.
